    Worst service! Took my brand new Mac Book Pro in to have serviced under warranty as they're authorised by Apple. The man at the front desk has no service experience, was a total jerk and was very rude. Did not want to help or give a solution. Now have to wait a week to rebook with apple store to see them. Went in July 13 @ 2pm.
