    Terrible experience with the customer service and with the products! - both pre and post purchase. Prior to purchase we had their in house lighting consultant come in and take a look at our space and advice the right lighting options. Despite that the options provided were completely not suitable to our house. When we went to the store to the purchase the lights the staff who attended to us had NO clue about any question we had. Half the accessories that we required for the products we wanted to purchase were not available in the store and we had to drive out to a different store to get it. Once we purchased and installed the lighting their remote was found to be faulty and did not work! When we called them to request a replacement or exchange all we got was a run around. There is no ownership at all of a service and product that we have paid for and have not received! Will never even go with beacon lighting again ! its a waste of time and money
